Ray-Jurgen worked closely with GLX Constructors, Consigli, STV, and the MBTA to provide train hoists that would accommodate all current light rail vehicle passenger trains operated on the MBTA Green Line. The Green Line Extension Project is a $2.3B initiative that will extend the northern end of the Green Line from Lechmere to Union Square in Somerville and College Avenue in Medford.

Ray-Jurgen partnered with PKS Lifts to designed train lifts that would meet the MBTA’s needs.  Over the course of 24 months, Ray-Jurgen furnished, submitted stamped engineered drawings, and installed (2) Light Rail Vehicle Hoists, and (1) Light Rail Vehicle Truck Service Lift as part of the Green Line Extension Project.
