Owner & CEO
Mark acquired Ray-Jurgen in 2018 after a career in engineering and strategy consulting. He bought the company because he is passionate about supporting our nation’s critical transportation infrastructure. Outside of work, Mark spends time with his wife and three young sons.
Bob has been with Ray-Jurgen for nearly 30 years and has developed a vast amount of knowledge in the industry. He was our Service Manager for the majority of his tenure, and recently assumed General Manager duties. Bob is responsible for the company’s day-to-day activities.
Sales & Project Management
Kevin has been with Ray-Jurgen for almost 10 years as a Salesman and Project Manager. He leads our sales and project management functions along with managing most of our key accounts.
John had been the Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager for five years before taking on the Operations Manager role. He manages the schedule, purchasing and inventory, and ensures that jobs get done correctly and on-time. Outside of work, you will most likely find John working on a home improvement project.
Mary leads all of Ray-Jurgen’s finance, admin, and HR activities. She has more than 30 years’ accounting experience across a variety of industries. Outside of work, Mary loves to work in her garden.
Sales & Project Management Staff
Dimitris Johnson has been a proud member of the Ray-Jurgen team since 2018. He is a US Navy Veteran and possess a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst School of Engineering. Dimitris is responsible for managing projects in coordination with general contractors, contract managers, and directly with our valued customers.
Sales Representative CT Territory
Jason comes to Ray Jurgen with nearly 40 years of automotive and truck related experience. He is ready to help with your Vehicle Service Equipment needs.
Outside of work Jason enjoys servicing and repairing his own automobiles and getting out for a round of golf with his wife of 30 years.
Schedule and Customer Service
Courtney’s is usually the first voice you’ll hear when you call Ray-Jurgen. She is responsible for setting our schedule and dispatching our technicians to customer sites. Outside of work, Courtney is a trained artist focusing on illustration.
Billing and Customer Service
Joy is responsible for generating our invoices and quotes as well as answering customer questions. Outside of work, Joy spends time with her family, friends, and her dog Charlotte. She also enjoys cooking and reading a good book.
Bob has been with Ray-Jurgen for more than 25 years, and is an expert on all kinds of lifts. Bob was one of the first ALI certified inspectors nationally. As Foreman, Bob is focused on our quality standards, providing technical support to our team, and on developing our technician team. Bob enjoys going on vacations in Maine with his family.
Arthur has been with Ray-Jurgen for ten years and is one of the most versatile technicians you’ll ever meet. He can troubleshoot and repair almost all classes of equipment, but he specializes in lifts. Arthur can eat an amazing amount of food for somebody his size.
John has been working on compressors for nearly 50 years and is one of the most expert compressor technicians in New England. Outside of work, John is usually either riding his Harley or working in his garden.
